Bilingual assistance is available in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Urdu, Hindi, and Bengali. This hotline is taking calls live every day from 9 AM to 9 PM. On election day, they will be taking live calls from 6 AM – 10 PM EST. Throughout the rest of the year, calls to the hotline will be answered within 24 hours.
