In 2010, Asians from across the state came together for the first AAPI Legislative Day. This monumental occasion drew nearly 400 people from
Akron/Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, and Toledo.
The goals of our 2015 Legislative Day are:
- Raise the visibility of AAPIs in Ohio
- Educate AAPI communities about the importance of civic participation, especially at the state level
- Dialogue and develop relationships with policymakers, including state senators and representatives
